Artichoke Dip

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 (9oz) can artichoke hearts in water
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3oz cream cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Drain artichoke hearts and cut into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
  3. Bake in a shallow dish for 30 minutes.
  4. Use warm as a dip or cold sliced on crakcers. Good with tortilla chips.
