Yield: 8 servings
- 1 (9oz) can artichoke hearts in water
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 3oz cream cheese
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Drain artichoke hearts and cut into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
- Bake in a shallow dish for 30 minutes.
- Use warm as a dip or cold sliced on crakcers. Good with tortilla chips.
